High technology at the service of energy savings

In response to market demands for solutions that reduce consumption and exploit renewable sources, SELE has designed and patented an innovative control system that enables machine room-less lifts to work with the simple 220 Volts single-phase mains power supply provided under residential electricity contracts (3 kW) and with the aid of free, clean power sources like solar energy.

Lower installation and service costs

Thanks to its counterweight and balancing system the electric lift consumes very little energy, except for the initial power required for start-up. Users are obliged to enter into a contract with the electric utility company for a three-phase power supply at a costly rate to ensure the availability of a peak level of power tha is actually exploited in full only a few seconds a day. The lifts belonging to the Tree series optimally menage the available single-phase mains power supply without burdening users with pointless installation and service costs.

Ideal for existing buildings, but not only

Ideal for the renovation of existing buildings and in all cases where a three-phase power supply cannot be made available, the lifts of the Tree series are a cost-effective solution for new residential buildings as well, as they make it possible to avoid both the initial costs of the utility connection and the fixed annual fees under the supply contract. The power drawn is practically nil (0,200 kW), since the energy demands of the lift are always subordinated to those of residential users.
